2. Ship your product to us however you prefer.
3. Repair times vary according to the nature of repair and/or availability of parts. Our goal time is within four to six weeks.
4. Repaired and refurbished product will be shipped back with invoice.
5. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

What level of service do you provide?

The good news is that we not only repair your equipment back to standard operation but we refurbish as well. Our goal is to give your product the longevity that it needs by giving close attention to detail. We thoroughly test each product before completion.

I have a worn Master device. Should I purchase a new replacement, or will your services be more beneficial?

Keep in mind that the prices for new equipment far exceed those of repairs done by GSEQS. We have many happy customers who have seen their equipment go from nonviable to fully operational. We give special care to all equipment so that it may last you far into the future.

Can I obtain a shipping label from you in order to save on shipping costs?

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. However, depending on your area, you ultimately save by shipping: normally there is a travel fee for local clients. Both the cost to ship your item and travel fees for GSEQS are roughly equal.

I am concerned about the handling of my equipment in transit.

A valid concern! While handling and packaging of the item to be sent to our location is the responsibility of the client and shipping service, we make sure to utilize the same shipping materials in a secure and safe manner. Any returned equipment that is damaged in transit must be taken up with the shipping service. We may help you with this depending on the situation.

Is the four-to-six-week turnaround time guaranteed?

While four to six weeks is our goal for repair and return, some items may be more complicated. For instance, if a lowering device has a weak governor, we will have to order for a replacement if none are available in our warehouse. The good news here is that our suppliers are quick and efficient, so any extra time to complete the order will be minimal.

Do you service any other types of equipment, i.e. church trucks?

In regard to the shipping program, we currently service and repair lowering devices and embalming machines only. We may expand to other types of equipment in the future.

Will you do routine preventative maintenance via the shipping program?

At this time, the shipping program is tailored specifically toward repair and refurbishment only. However, if you would like to request PM Service on your equipment, please do not hesitate to call. We may be able to perform a PM Service at even a remote location.
